Stan Peirson is the founder of Quantum Wealth Management, a company created in 2000, built on Stan’s belief that you can accomplish anything in your life if you identify your goals, take the time to create a plan that delivers on those goals and execute the plan with commitment and focus. Stan spent 20 years working as a Marketing Executive in well-known firms such as Pepsi, Colgate, and Revlon, to name a few. In 2000, Stan set out to pursue a personal objective, that of owning his own business and helping clients achieve personal financial independence and success. Over the years, Stan and his wife Lisa Peirson built a practice in Milton, Ontario that would be a go to financial services firm in the Halton region. Together they proudly serve many communities across the GTA and Southwestern Ontario.

 Carlos Flores, Senior Financial Advisor met Stanley Peirson in 2018. Carlos comes from a Scientific background where he worked closely in building processes, analyzing models and evaluating outcomes with the Federal Government. His knowledge as a dually licensed advisor, work ethic and strategy-based planning helped navigate his clients through COVID and the market turmoil over the past 12+ years. In the subsequent years following 2018,  the relationship between Carlos and Stan blossomed as both teams and practices merged in the summer of 2021. Carlos and Stan became partners and were excited to unify their processes, enhance their client servicing models and provide improved client tools going forward.  The Quantum team continues to grow, and we are excited to continue to provide exceptional service to our valued clients, families, and small businesses.
